As it turned out, I left it at the Elks Club after playing beer pong all night. I had neither been to an Elks Club before nor played beer pong before so that may or may not explain anything. I did get the back pack back with everything but the cash in it. That didn't bother me that much, as I considered it a 'stoopid tax'.
